Top Ten Tuesday #7 - Top Ten Most Anticipated Releases For The Second Half Of The Year

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme
created at
The Broke and the Bookish

This weeks topic is anticipated releases for the rest of the year (July onwards), I haven't been the most regular with my Waiting on Wednesday so I haven't really talked about may of these books yet. These are in the order they are (hopefully) going to be released, so here we go:

The Beauty of Darkness (The Remnant Chronicles #3) by Mary E. Pearson
Expected publication: August 2nd 2016 by Henry Holt and Co.
Add on Goodreads

This is one of those series where I have read the first book and loved it (see my review here) but when the second book came out I decided I wanted to wait for the series to be complete before I read on. So I am excited for this one to come out so I can read books 2 and 3 and finish this series.

Nevernight (The Nevernight Chronicle #1) by

    1. I love the sound of Nemesis and I am glad you enjoyed it hopefully that means I will like it just as much. Just noticed you have your review up already so I am off to read that. October seems so far away but I am sure it will fly by. Thanks for stopping by.

    1. It sound like such an fascinating book. There is an excerpt for it somewhere on the internet, it is a bit weird but that made the book all the more intriguing.

  8. Empire of Storms is my most anticipated book of the year. I'm really excited! I really want to read The Fate of the Tearling, but like you, before doing that I have to read the second book of the series. I think I would wait an read them one after the other.

    Great list!

    1. I loved the mystery element to Kiss of Deception by Mary Pearson, I spent the whole book trying to work out who was the Assassin and who was the Prince it was great fun. It also was great at setting the scene for the rest of the trilogy. Can't wait!
